NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT ZIA PARK ON TUESDAY NIGHT!
Race 5 Zia Park 8.18 Hennessy’s Squirt (6/4)
Lightly raced sort who showed improved form to open his account over track and trip earlier this month; given time to settle early before picking them off one by one, cosily; more to come so hard to oppose again.
There was a lot to like about the way HENNESSY’S SQUIRT closed in time to open his account over C&D last time. He is improving all the time and looks a good bet to follow up. Comet Causey, Strawberry Whisky and Mr Gold Man can all push forward and a pace burn-up would be ideal for the selection. He will be ridden quietly early before making steady headway and hopefully running them all down in the straight. Flying Phantom hasn’t been seen for 94 days but he had some decent form in the book and like the selection could be suited by how this pans out so I think he’ll give the favourite most to think about. Elliot is better than what he showed last time and is also considered.

Race 6 Mahoning Valley 8.04 Sally Strong (13/8)
Smart looking filly who has won both starts in the style of a nice prospect; showed a good attitude to run them down on debut and followed up that C&D victory with an impressive display last month; one to keep on side.
This is competitive but SALLY STRONG looks fairly exciting for the level and she is hard to get away from as she bids to land a C&D hat-trick and remain unbeaten. She powered clear by 6 lengths last time and is clearly a horse on good terms with herself. Calusa Queen was found out in stronger company last month but should be fitter now and this is easier so she can give the selection most to think about. Speak Lightly was behind She’s Crafty last time so has her work cutout to try and reverse that form. The latter ran well in a good race last time and has been consistent so shouldn’t be far away either. My Belle Michelle won last time out but this is notably tougher so she needs much more.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Mahoning Valley and Zia Park on Tuesday night.
