8/1 NOTEBOOK DOUBLE LANDED STATESIDE LAST NIGHT! The Value Tip also won so it was 3/4 on the Lucky 15. Another busy night coming up. Daily Double pays 9/2!

THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT AQUEDUCT ON THURSDAY NIGHT!

Race 8 Aqueduct 10.08 A Vow Of Beauty (6/5)

Improved to run his best race to date when beaten less than 2 lengths over track and trip last month; ran on again once headed so was a good effort; if he steps forward again he should open his account here.

Not many of these have shown a great deal so if A VOW OF BEAUTY improves again he will take a lot of beating here. He ran a very good race when runner-up last time and that looks the strongest piece of form on offer. Humpday was a good third last time and looks the danger if building on that as it was just his fourth run. The fav has more experience to draw on though and is expected to get the better of the argument tonight. Reticent has shown ability and was third a place behind the selection last time so is also entitled to be thereabouts. Needs to find more to reverse that form though and I just can’t see it. Lord Camden weakened quickly last time and isn’t running well enough to win this.

Race 5 Turf Paradise 11.28 Red Nova (13/8)

Promising filly who caught the eye on return over the extended 5f and stepped forward again when denied just a neck over track and trip last time; a better ride would have seen her home so strong claims tonight.

We head to Turf Paradise tonight for our second best bet Stateside and RED NOVA is expected to go close. She has run two really good races since returning and was only denied a neck last time. She ran a cracker judging by the fractions and looked a bit unlucky. The winner Our Lizzy Lou is a decent yardstick though so the form is pretty solid. If she improves again tonight then quite simply she should win this. Sayward was a place behind the selection last time and looks the biggest danger again. Tres Taurus is lightly raced for her age and does look a big enough price to hit the frame. She is back from a 387-day absence and if she retains her ability she might be value to run into a place.
