THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 8 AT GOLDEN GATE ON SATURDAY NIGHT!
Race 8 Golden Gate Fields 1.08 Away From The Sun (1/1)
Exciting filly who made a bright start winning on the turf on debut over 5f; quickly improved to win head in chest over track and trip when last seen in January, doing it easily; more to come and looks set to make it 3-3.
The NAP was a non runner last night so the NB became our best bet but could only finish second to the rank outsider! Hopefully we can get firmly back on track tonight and while it’s a bit of a wait for our best bet Stateside hopefully that’s with good reason. Unbeaten filly AWAY FROM THE SUN looks a cracking bet to make it 3-3. She has really impressed in two starts to date and while this requires another step up she is improving fast and I think she’ll have too much for these. A lot of these rivals are exposed in comparison and with a lack of speed on it wouldn’t surprise me if they were positive on her as she has the raw talent to just blow them away. My Legal Bet made a bright start and looks the danger.

Race 6 Oaklawn Park 8.55 Frank’s Rockette (6/4)
Likeable filly who was back to her best showing a great attitude to wear down rivals over track and trip in January; won 5 of her last 6 now so looks thoroughly progressive; can improve again and is hard to oppose.
It’s set to be a big night at Oaklawn with the Arkansas Derby the feature on the card. We head to Race 6 for our second best bet Stateside tonight and FRANK’S ROCKETTE can win again. This filly is improving fast and has won 6 of her last 8 and 5 of her last 6 so certainly knows where the winning post is. She struck over C&D last time and a similar effort should see her come out on top again. Edgeway is an obvious danger having made a bright start to her career. She has only had 5 starts and has won 3 of them. She impressed last time and they haven’t reached the bottom of her but this requires a big step up so she is going to need to improve a fair bit to trouble the favourite.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Oaklawn Park and Golden Gate Fields on Saturday night.
