NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS ON THE FLAT AT WINDSOR ON MONDAY NIGHT!
Windsor 7.30 Sea Sylph (11/10)
Good looking filly by Sea The Stars who couldn’t have run a better race without winning on debut when second at Doncaster in October; given time since and goes up in trip now; could be a very smart prospect.
I’ve got written down in my notes “Not been as impressed with a debutant who hasn’t won as much as this filly for a long time” so SEA SYLPH has to be the NAP on Monday night. She sets the standard on that run and given time since now stepping up to 1m2f she looks to have a big chance of going one better. Obviously a few unknowns in here with several making their debuts but I think this filly could be potentially smart so she has to get the vote to make the breakthrough. Frankel filly Pennymoor is the most intriguing newcomer as she cost 450,000 guineas as a foal so connections will clearly be hoping they have another talent on their hands. Experience should count for plenty though.

THE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS AT LEICESTER ON MONDAY AFTERNOON!
Leicester 3.30 Wolflet (3/1)
Lope De Vega filly who deservedly opened her account at Lingfield in April, running on well despite having raced keenly; didn’t really handle the track at Brighton; back to form when runner-up over C&D last time; big chance.
This looks a great opportunity for WOLFLET to get herself back in the winners enclosure. She bumped into an improver over track and trip last time and she won’t need much more than that to go one better. This is a very winnable race and I expect her to push forward and look to dominate under Hollie Doyle. Cruyff Turn showed a good attitude to win at Nottingham last month but failed to back that up at Musselburgh last time. If he bounces back he looks the one to give the selection most to think about. Hannon has booked Moore for Mr Tyrrell so he looks best of the rest but recent efforts leave a bit to be desired so for me he is best watched for now until he shows a bit more.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Leicester and Windsor on Monday as we look to bounce back!
