THE US NAP (BEST BET) WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT THISTLEDOWN TONIGHT!

Race 8 Thistledown 9.20 Mucho Prospect (6/5)

Speedy sort who comes here in great form having won 2 of his last 3 and really powered home over track and trip last time; hard to oppose if he turns up in the same mood and should get them all at it off the front.

The NAP was back in the winners enclosure last night and we head to Thistledown this evening as we look to follow up. MUCHO PROSPECT arrives in great form as he bids to make it 3 wins from his last 4 starts. He bolted up last time and wit similar tactics here he should prove hard to beat. Dad’s Yankees has won his last 2 so has to be respected but I think Odie might emerge as a greater danger. The latter won by over 5 lengths last time and a repeat of that would see him give the favourite a race. Of the rest Wizard Willie impressed winning 3 starts back but has been put in his place the last twice so will need more to lay a glove on these. Might be a bit of value to hit the frame.

Race 7 Gulfstream 8.59 Kamar Taj (7/4)

Promising filly who made a perfect start winning over 6f here on debut at the start of the month; showed a good attitude under pressure and likely to be a lot more streetwise tonight; plenty going for her to make it 2-2.

I’m confident KAMAR TAJ is the one to beat in Race 7 at Gulfstream tonight. This filly made a real likeable start winning on debut and with scope to improve she could take a lot of stopping again this evening. Kitty Kitty also won on debut and looks the biggest danger to the selection. Caffeine Rush is exposed in comparison but I expect her experience to come in useful so she shouldn’t be all that far away. Tiz Enough has been running consistently but will need to be at her best to challenge these improvers I think. Hard to see anything else springing an upset in here. Romantical Note has some decent early form but has gone off the boil now so looks easy to oppose.
