Windsor 6.55 Glen Esk (5/2)
Likeable sort who was always doing enough close home to bring up the hat-trick most recently over C&D at the start of the month; up just 2lb so still looks well handicapped and hard to get away from again here.
The likeable GLEN ESK clearly loves this C&D with form figures over it of 311 and 2 of his last 3 wins have come over track and trip. That was a career best on the figures last time and he was always in command close home to score by a neck. As a result the handicapper can’t really punish him so a 2lb rise is unlikely to anchor him here. With Maori Knight, Gertcha and Starry Eyes all looking to push forward this could play into his hands late. Prince Of Harts has won here before and hasn’t been running badly lately so could be the danger. At a bigger price Galactic Glow might be value to hit the frame. He remains a maiden so is vulnerable for win purposes but was a good second latest.

Catterick 3.30 Oh So Woke (10/3)
Improving filly who has won 2 of her last 3 and had a subsequent winner held in second last time; up 4lb but more to come yet and this track should also suit as well; tactically versatile but likely to go forward.
I think at this grade being tactically versatile is a big thing and there was lots to like about the way OH SO WOKE won at Beverley just stalking them through before taking it up in the closing stages and edging clear. She didn’t look suited by the mile at Yarmouth but was firmly back on track making all impressively at Chepstow last month. The second Incorrigible won her next start in good style at Brighton to frank the form. Mutaabeq is coming down the weights and has been shaping better lately. Sfumato won here last month and was left poorly placed last time so if getting a better run through here could be the main danger to the favourite. Langholm is also worth a second look back up in trip.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Catterick and Windsor on Monday as we look to bounce back.
