THE US NAP (BEST BET) WON AGAIN LAST NIGHT AND RUNS AT PHILADELPHIA TONIGHT!

Race 8 Philadelphia 9.11 Oldfashioned Club (6/5)

Useful type who was back to his best winning convincingly over a mile at Delaware Park last month, pouring it on before going clear; this doesn’t look any tougher so obvious chance to follow up; hard to peg back.

The US NAP landed again last night so we are now chasing a HAT-TRICK on Wednesday night as we head to Philadelphia. OLDFASHIONED CLUB impressed last time and I know he was short odds to justify favouritism but he was always in his comfort zone and given this isn’t exactly any tougher I think he has an obvious chance of following up. In the past when he has won he has strung a couple of wins together so I expect him to be a warm order tonight. Tactical Plan is probably the danger as he was only beaten a length over 6f here last time and stays this trip so should figure at some point. Seat Of Honor was in front of Worth His Salt when second last time and also deserves plenty of respect.

Race 8 Saratoga 10.05 Winter Pool (11/8)

Unexposed sort who is improving with experience and arguably ran his best race to date going down just a neck in this grade over track and trip last month; capable of better again so looks the one they all have to beat.

The US NB also landed overnight so hopefully we can fire in another double Stateside on Wednesday. We head to Saratoga for our second best bet and WINTER POOL can make it 2 wins from his last 4 starts. He is unexposed and looks sure to keep improving. He was only beaten a neck last time and was denied just a head before that so he is less than half a length away from having won his last 3. With more to come he gets a confident vote to come out on top. Top Gun Tommy was narrowly behind the selection last time and looks held on that run. Hombrazo was also behind that pair last time so has enough to find to close that gap. Handy has form that ties in with the fav too and might be overpriced.
