Race 8 Aqueduct 9.30 More Graytful (6/4)

Strong at the finish beating Bustin Shout over the extended 6f here last month, drawing clear late; step back up to 7f only going to help and looks well placed to follow up if turning up in the same form tonight; should win.

The US NAP landed last night and we head to Aqueduct this evening as we bid to follow up. MORE GRAYTFUL impressed last time and with this step back up to 7f likely to suit he can follow up. He had Bustin Shout trailing back in second last time and it wouldn’t surprise me if they finished the 1-2 here again. Winners Laugh remains unexposed after just the 5 starts but did finish a tired horse here when last seen in December. Seven Lilies is fairly short in the betting but he disappointed a touch when only fourth last time and will need to better that to upset the favourite. Tapizearance is quite a big price but will need everything to go his way just like it did last time. This does look a bit tougher too.

Race 10 Gulfstream Park 10.14 Hot Peppers (9/4)

Progressive filly who ran a cracker going down just a neck on debut before improving to win head in chest over the extended 5f here last month; backed that up impressively again last time; more to come; the one to beat.

I’m surprised HOT PEPPERS is available to back at 9/4 at the time of writing. This filly is improving fast and she has looked very impressive the last twice. She is getting better with experience and while this is tougher again I certainly think she is up to the task. Mouffy made a winning start here last month and has to be feared on that as she also looks to have a bright future. Inexperience may just cost her here though but certainly one to keep on the radar going forward. Fast And Flirty won on penultimate start but was well held last time. If she bounces back she should be in the mix but definitely needs to find more to win this as it looks a good race. Jumeirah best of the rest if bouncing back.
