Promising colt who ran well on debut beaten just 3 lengths into second; quickly stepped forward from that to win on return showing a good attitude to prevail by a nose on the line; sure to do better and should follow up.

I’m looking forward to seeing TUWAIM out again at Gulfstream tonight. He just let the leader get away from him a bit on the turn for home but as soon as he was wound up he really lengthened well in the straight and did well to peg back a horse that had everything go his way off the front. He stuck his nose down gamely to prevail in a photo finish and looks sure to come on from that run. He will be a lot more streetwise now and I think we’ll see an impressive performance tonight. The danger looks to be the 4yo Aeronaut who has been running to a consistent level and will likely be in there pitching again at the finish. Sarawat is also going the right way so won’t be too far away either.

Progressive form in recent starts winning 3 of his last 4; found tons off the bridle to get home by a nose over track and trip last month and hard to beat if reproducing that sort of form; keep firmly on side against these.

With 2 runs and 2 wins on this surface UNPRECEDENTED can bring up the hat-trick on Friday night. He brings the best form to the table and a reproduction of that latest effort should see him back in the winners enclosure again this evening. He will push forward and if he gets dictating again it’s going to take a fairly big performance to stop him saluting the judge. Cuy won last time but he was previously held by the selection so has enough to find. Indy Lyon also ties in with that form so could have a say in terms of a place. The Connector has been running quite well and at a better level last time so he might be the one overpriced but this is a strong race for the grade so he needs more.
