Kept on well to make a winning return at Leopardstown last month and with that under her belt she should handle the step back up in grade here and prove too strong; comfortably the most likely winner in this field.
The talented PEARLS GALORE came within a neck of Group 1 victory over this trip last year and she impressed making a winning return at Listed level last month. She is back up to a Group 2 now but this looks very winnable to me and I think she’ll have all basis covered. Twilight Spinner is on the improve and won well over 7f last time so looks the obvious danger. She is far from proven at this level and over a mile so has a few questions to answer. It looks between the pair though with it 14/1 bar those in the market. Diadora wasn’t beaten far at Listed level on first start under Rules but will likely need plenty more to land a blow at the business end here. Hard to see much else getting involved.

Curragh 2.40 Lord North (9/4)
Chased home Alenquer in the Winter Derby before winning his second successive Dubai Turf at Meydan in March albeit dead-heating; hard to beat if bringing his best form to the table and should be finishing best of all again.
With nearly four million pounds in prize money already the loveable LORD NORTH is looking to win again and take home a nice pot in Ireland on Sunday. He is undoubtedly the one to beat if bringing his best form and I can see him swooping late under Dettori to salute the judge once more. State Of Rest has won his last 3 and looks the danger for Joseph O’Brien. Alenquer obviously beat the selection on the AW but failed to give his best running in Dubai and has a bit to prove back on turf. He shouldn’t be underestimated though. Of the rest Broome and Helvic Dream are closely tied so might be battling it out for a place. Mac Swiney makes his return but needs to improve again to feature here.
