US NAP LANDED LAST NIGHT! More racing in America on Sunday night from Monmouth Park, Belmont Park, Gulfstream Park, Woodbine and Canterbury Park. My Daily Double pays 13/2!

MY US NAP WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 4 AT GULFSTREAM PARK!

Race 4 Gulfstream Park 7.18 Panther Island (6/4)

Promising colt who made a bright start winning going away on turf here over 5f; backed that up with a convincing win on this surface last time; up half a furlong in trip with more to come so hat-trick beckons now.

Great chance for PANTHER ISLAND to remain unbeaten! He is a perfect 2-2 and has impressed so far. This doesn’t look any tougher and I’m struggling to see why he isn’t odds-on for this to be honest. He will get a good pace to run down and is by far and away the most likely winner for me. Creative Kid has more experience on side but he has already been gelded and needs to improve on them last two runs to lay a glove on the selection. Sarawat was third to the selection last time and while I’m struggling to see him closing that gap he might not be too far away again. Unified Conquest also ties in with that form finishing fifth so needs to find more to get involved at the business end.

Race 8 Monmouth Park 8.45 Speaking (2/1)

Likeable type who won twice as a 2yo and was back to form going down just a neck over a mile here last month; back in trip here which will suit and can improve further so good chance to go one better here.

This looks a good race and I’m keen to play SPEAKING to come out on top. That was a big run in defeat last time and with this step back down to 6f looking ideal I think he can return to winning ways. Last Romance is unexposed as well and has won his last two now so he looks the obvious danger. This is tougher than what he has been facing recently through so needs to step up again. Brother Chub also arrives in winning form but again this looks deeper company so I think the selection might have him covered. He is a 10yo too so unlikely to find further improvement. Lemon Creek Louie also deserves a mention but has ground to make up especially with Last Romance.
