MY US NAP WON AGAIN LAST NIGHT AND IS NOW CHASING A HAT-TRICK ON MONDAY!

Race 4 Finger Lakes 7.31 Lune Lake (6/5)

Tough mare who got to the front and was not for passing over 5f here last month; back up in grade but proven at this level and extra furlong in her favour too so should be hard to beat once more; can justify favouritism.

Great chance for LUNE LAKE to make it 5 wins from her last 8 starts. She impressed last time drawing clear in the closing stages and despite going back up in grade she has an obvious chance to follow up. She is at her best when she bounces out and makes all and I can see that happening again this evening. Social Mobility won on return but was heavily beaten last time and she’ll have to come from behind again tonight which is enough to put me off. Fast Fran is on a hat-trick but this is tougher than what she has been facing lately. She is still just a 5yo so if she improves she might have a chance but on the clock the fav probably has her covered. Kaufy Futures best of the rest but enough to prove.

Race 6 Philadelphia 8.10 Manuela (11/8)

Improving filly who drove clear to win over this trip at Gulfstream when last seen back in May; can progress again and with a good pace to run down comfortably looks the most likely winner here; worth chancing.

Obvious chance for MANUELA to follow up at Philadelphia tonight. She won well at Gulfstream and if she builds on that she should have these rivals covered. The Biggest One was a good second last time and she will be the main danger if improving on that. Relentless Ruby won last time but in a much lesser contest so she’ll need to find another gear to upset the market principals. Risen Change is quite a big price but she has struggled at this level in recent starts and likely needs more to get involved. Brody Slam won impressively last month and if she can build on that she might have a say but her style might need some luck. Lulinda’s Heart definitely has enough to find.
