MY US NAP WON LAST NIGHT AND RUNS IN RACE 6 AT FINGER LAKES ON MONDAY!

Race 6 Finger Lakes 8.25 Catchyasoon (13/8)

Progressive type who has won 2 from 3 and was particularly impressive again over C&D last month, drawing clear by 6 and a half lengths at the line; sure to keep improving and well placed to go in again here.

The promising CATCHYASOON hacked up on debut and then inexperience likely cost him second-up where he bumped into Zircon. He was quickly back to his best winning convincingly last month and with scope to keep progressing he should have what it takes to win this before going up in grade. Victory Built has plenty of experience and was only denied a neck at Saratoga last month so looks the danger off the back of that run. My Last Mission was beaten a long way into third last time but his win 3 starts back at Belmont would give him a chance in this company. Bode O hasn’t been running badly and looks pretty solid in terms of hitting the frame so also worth considering.

Race 7 Monmouth Park 9.45 Hellman (2/1)

Likeable sort who improved again to win gamely over track and trip last month, finishing strongly having been held up; more to come as he gains experience and this looks a good opportunity to go and follow up.

Big chance for the improving HELLMAN to follow up. He was some 10 lengths off the lead at one point last time but he ran on strongly and managed to get up by a neck at the line. He will have more to come now he knows how to win and this looks winnable so hopes will be high. Larger Than Life is unexposed but has gone off the boil judging by that poor run last time. If he bounces back he might be the danger though as his earlier form stacks up. Raising Moon has only actually had a handful of starts but again blew out last time so needs to bounce back but if doing so might not be far away. Ready To Fly won on penultimate start but has ground to make up with a few of these on that last run.
