MY US NAP WON AGAIN LAST NIGHT AND IS CHASING A HAT-TRICK OF WINNERS NOW!

Race 2 Colonial Downs 7.13 Chambeau (6/5)

Promising mare who made a bright start winning impressively on debut over C&D last month, stretching clear late on; sure to improve from that initial experience and looks one to keep firmly on side for now.

The US NAP won again last night so I’m going for a HAT-TRICK of wins on Tuesday. I’m going to head to Colonial Downs where the promising CHAMBEAU can remain unbeaten. She showed bright speed on debut to take it up and was still firmly on the bridle turning in before lengthening away. She was much the best and with natural improvement will be hard to peg back again. The second Carolina Sun is in opposition again and the penny looked to drop for her late so I expect her to finish second again. They both look nice prospects. Hollywood Walk won on penultimate start and only went down half a length last time so also has to enter the reckoning but definitely needs to improve again.

Race 5 Thistledown 7.50 Little Matilda (13/8)

Likeable mare who won impressively back in June travelling strongly before kicking away; beaten twice since but held form well; this easier and should take a lot of beating with a good pace to run down as well.

Great chance for LITTLE MATILDA to salute the judge again. She has a good strike rate and still looks to be in form judging by her last two runs. This is slightly easier and I think she’ll be finishing best of all. Courtly beat the selection on penultimate start but was all out and rather scrambled home. The selection reversed that form last time with Courtly finishing a tired filly. She could be the danger again but she needs to prove she can see out this trip still. Close To Me was behind the favourite last time so has ground to make up but is pretty consistent so it’s unlikely she’ll be all that far away again. Manhattan Lady has won her last 3 but this is definitely deeper company now so she needs more too.
