MY US NAP RUNS IN RACE 5 AT FORT ERIE ON MONDAY NIGHT!
Race 5 Fort Erie 7.57 Shanghai Kimmy (6/4)
Tough mare who bossed them again last time and readily drew off to win by over 5 lengths; will be hard to beat again if she is in the same from and the hat-trick looks to be on the cards here; worth chancing.
The hat-trick looks on the cards for SHANGHAI KIMMY at Fort Erie tonight. She has won her last 2 and impressively as well. That last run was particularly impressive pulling readily clear. If she bounces out and applies similar tactics here that should suffice. I’m surprised she isn’t shorter than 6/4 at the time of writing. Miss Surprise was eyeing up a hat-trick herself last time but completely blew out beaten 15 lengths. If she bounces back she might be the one to finish second but I still can’t see her beating the selection. Of the rest Subzero Plus ran well when second last time and a similar run wouldn’t see her too far away either. Miss Tea Blonde chased the fav home last time so has ground to make up.

Race 6 Thistledown 8.20 Show Sliding Home (13/8)
Likeable type who was back to his best winning readily here last month and then backed that up with an easy win over C&D last time; hard to get away from here and should be hitting the line best of all again.
Lots to like about SHOW SLIDING HOME at Thistledown tonight. He has won his last 2 here and was impressive over C&D last time. If he is in the same form (a lot like my NAP) he will take all the beating. Jack Be Fast was second to the selection last time but was beaten 5 lengths so enough to find to try and close that gap. Tiger Trail is also held by the fav on recent form and then was only third again last time so needs to better both of those efforts to have a squeak here. Judge Head was out of form when last seen and has enough to prove but if returning to that penultimate run where he went down just a neck he might not be too far away. Dr. Zarnett short enough as has a lot to find too.
