MY US NAP RUNS IN RACE 6 AT PHILADELPHIA ON TUESDAY NIGHT!

Race 6 Philadelphia 8.10 Exit Right (1/1)

Winning machine having scored on 7 of his last 9 starts; failed to get on the speed last time so that probably cost him; impressive prior to that; can still improve again so expected to prove too strong for these.

I’m confident EXIT RIGHT can reverse that recent form with Jacohare. The selection got caught wide and could never get on the speed. He should do tonight and that will make the difference. He was very impressive prior to that rather flat run and his form is progressive. Jacohare is probably the danger again but don’t rule out a big run from My Train who won by a neck last time and has won 2 of his last 3 now. He does lack potential being an 8yo though and is unlikely to improve again which could leave him vulnerable. Secret Path was second last time but was readily held. He is pretty consistent but will need more to win a race like this you’d think and is held on penultimate start.

Race 1 Fort Erie 9.05 Reign By Rein (9/4)

Likeable filly who improved to win over a mile here on turf last month; this looks winnable now tackling dirt and no surprise to see her take all the beating here; definitely worth chancing against these.

This isn’t an overly strong race so I think it represents a great opportunity for REIGN BY REIN to win again now tackling dirt. She is open to further improvement and was nicely on top last time. If she steps forward she really should be saluting the judge again. Pure Elegance is still lightly raced but failed to menace last time and has a bit to find off the back of that now. Princess Moro was a good second last time beaten just half a length and she will likely be rallying at the finish but whether that will be good enough is another question. Doodle Dandy has enough to prove as was held last time and this is even tougher so difficult to see her springing an upset. Cocotara also needs to show more.
