MY US NAP RUNS IN RACE 7 AT FINGER LAKES ON TUESDAY NIGHT!
Race 7 Finger Lakes 8.52 Acalteque (13/8)
Progressive form winning his last four straight; ran them ragged again over 6f here last month and with further improvement on the cards he looks the most likely winner again tonight; definitely worth chancing.
Hard to look past ACALTEQUE at Finger Lakes tonight as he bids to make it five straight. He was impressive last time and drew off comfortably in the end. A similar performance tonight in a race that doesn’t look any tougher than last time should see him hard to beat. Panama Paul could be the one to chase him home having won his last two on dirt. He was poor on a synthetic surface last time but if you put a line through that then he is still the danger. Moonachie ran in a better race than this last time but did struggle to will need to bounce back to land a blow. Nueva York was only denied a nose last time and if building on that could also have a squeak in here but I still think the selection will have too much.

NB – Second best selection of the day
MY US NEXT BEST RUNS IN RACE 7 AT PHILADELPHIA ON TUESDAY NIGHT!
Race 7 Philadelphia 8.37 Declaration Time (15/8)
Improving type who caught the eye going down half a length 3 starts back and then got caught wide next time; he improved to win impressively last time and with more to come he looks well placed to follow up.
Great chance for DECLARATION TIME to follow up here. He was much the best last time and that was quite comfortably a career best. He has only had a handful of starts and with more to come should have too much for these rivals. Wizky’s On The Bay was behind A Dangerous Guy on reappearance but did improve to go down just 3 lengths in third last time. If he progresses again he could be the main threat to the favourite. Jest Above won last time but this definitely looks deeper company so he’ll need to improve again to beat the selection. Private Sector has disappointed somewhat the last twice but did look promising prior to that and it’s still early days so also one to note in here.
