NAP – My best tip of the day

Doncaster 2.35 Dance In The Grass (5/4)

Exciting filly who made it a perfect 2-2 staying on strongly to win well at Sandown when last seen; second has won a Group 3 since to frank the form; open to further improvement and should remain unbeaten.

Some nice fillies lining up for this but perhaps none more promising than DANCE IN THE GRASS for Mark Johnston. This daughter of Cracksman ran out an impressive winner on debut at Sandown in a maiden that has worked out notably well since. She backed that up despite being given a lot to do last time and was firmly in command at the finish. The second Fairy Cross was a really convincing winner of a Group 3 next time out at Goodwood so the form has been nicely franked since. She can improve again on what is just her third start and it would take a brave man to oppose here. Frankness has won both starts at Chester since finishing third on debut and looks the obvious danger.

NB – My Next or second best tip of the day

MY NEXT BEST WON AGAIN YESTERDAY AND IS ON A HAT-TRICK NOW!

Chelmsford 7.05 Phantasy Mac (6/4)

Likeable filly who had no problem making a successful return at Wolverhampton last month, won 4 of her last 5 starts now so looks progressive; turned out quickly under a penalty and obvious claims.

I was with PHANTASY MAC 8 days ago at Wolverhampton and she remains a filly to keep on side. She did that with a bit to spare as once she picked up it was race over. Her form is really progressive and with more to come turned out quickly under a penalty I think she’ll be tough to beat once more. Ashley Morgan gets the leg up and replaces William Buick and I think for that reason alone is the reason we are getting odds against as this filly really should be odds-on to follow up here. Irresistable was a good second at Beverley and in first-time blinkers might emerge as the danger. All Go won at Southwell last time but that was a pretty desperate race and she’ll likely need more now sent handicapping.
