Race 7 Belmont At The Big A 10.15 Orchestration (13/8)
Promising colt who improved from his debut run to win at Saratoga just second time out; given too much to do in better company at Keeneland and given time to improve since; beaten just a length on return; obvious shout.
Lots to like about ORCHESTRATION at Belmont At The Big A tonight. He is a colt on the upgrade and he finished well from off the pace beaten just a length on reappearance. He will improve from that and is definitely the one to beat in this field. Shawdyshawdyshawdy was third behind the selection and has run a good second since so looks the most obvious danger. Analogy has ground to make up with a few of these but is still unexposed and is another one to note in opposition. Mo Rewards was a good third last time and if he keeps improving he should acquit himself well again in this race. C Falls only beaten a length and a quarter last time but has had more chances than most.

Race 7 Golden Gate Fields 12.50 Miss Carousel (2/1)
Likeable mare who left her reappearance run behind to win going away at Del Mar over this trip last month; hard to beat if bringing that sort of form here so no surprise to see her prove too good for this field; worth chancing.
A bit of a wait for my US NB on Friday night but hopefully worthwhile as I head to Golden Gate. MISS CAROUSEL was impressive last time given how much ground she had to make up but she was moving away at the line and a similar performance should see her take all the beating. Vasco is unexposed after just a handful of starts but failed to build on that Del Mar win last time. If she bounces back she might be the one to give the favourite most to think about. The Great Haynes showed little on return last time and will need to leave that behind to trouble the market principals here. Lotsa Pepper won last month and is another one to note if finding further improvement given her overall profile.
