Race 3 Finger Lakes 7.08 My Maggie (best price 7/4)
Improving filly who quickly improved from her debut to bolt up over 6f here last year; progressed again winning on reappearance and then denied just a neck last month; more to come for sure and should win this.
My US NAP was a little disappointing on Tuesday so hopefully I can get it back to winning ways on Wednesday. I’m going to head to Finger Lakes where MY MAGGIE can make it 3 wins from 5 starts. She has looked promising and went down all guns blazing last time. This looks easier to me and if she improves again she should get her head back in front. Sweet Invasion is the likely danger as she was only narrowly behind the selection last time. She has had more opportunities though so if anything I think that gap will get bigger but she might still be the one to finish second. Draw Off arrives with confidence high having won here last time but this does look tougher so she’ll probably need more.

Likeable mare who took her form up a notch to get back to winning ways over C&D last month, finding plenty; this no tougher so if in the same form should have a great chance to go and follow up; the one to beat.
I thought there was lots to like about the way CLASSY SADIE knuckled down to get there over track and trip last month. She had been running well all season so deserved to get her head in front and she looks to have found a decent opportunity to follow up here. There is speed from both Sea Fret and The Biggest One so if they take each other on early that would be an ideal scenario. I think Liam’s Lady could emerge as the danger even though she needs to reverse form with Risen Change last time. The latter ran a cracker on that occasion but certainly isn’t one for maximum faith judging by her overall profile. Get Her Readyeddie was behind those mentioned last time and has plenty on her plate again.
