NAP – My best tip of the day
Fakenham 4.45 Al Zaraqaan (best price 15/8)
Impressed staying on well to open his account in this sphere at Newton Abbot back in the summer; followed up at Bro Park in Sweden last month; this sharp track will suit so with more to come hat-trick looks on the cards.
I’m confident AL ZARAQAAN is the one to beat here. He impressed getting on top at Newton Abbot despite having raced keenly and managed to follow up over in Sweden last month. He likely has more to come and with this sharp track suiting him putting an emphasis on speed I think he can complete the hat-trick. Coastguard Station should put good pace to the race which will avoid it turning tactical so that would also be in his favour. The obvious danger looks to be Saligo Bay who opened his account over hurdles at Plumpton back in April. He bumped into Rhebus Road on handicap debut next time and then ran a cracker on return on the Flat at Windsor. Legal Rights could be best of the rest.

Kempton 6.30 Lelabad (best price 15/8)
Likeable type who was rewarded for his consistency to finally get his head in front at Chelmsford last time, running on well; only 3lb higher here and this track should suit so good opportunity to go and follow up.
With my initial NB now a non runner I’ve decided to head to Kempton on the AW on Wednesday night for my replacement. LELABAD deserved to get his head in front at Chelmsford and off just a 3lb higher mark I don’t think they’ll be too many excuses here as he bids to follow up. This is a slightly better race but most of the field come here with a point to prove. Asdaa won at Pontefract back in the summer but has gone off the boil since. The handicapper probably needs to give him more help but down another 1lb I expect him to get competitive. Raqraaq started slowly last time but remains unexposed to some extent so might fare best of the rest. Fawn At Play is another one to note as well.
