NAP – Best tip overnight
MY AUSTRALIAN NAP WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS GOING FOR 7 WINS IN A ROW!
Race 3 Dubbo 3.55 Compelling Truth (best price 11/10)
Improving with experience and showed that again running on strongly from off the pace to finish a close second over track and trip last month; more to come for sure and if he steps forward should be going one better.
Another NAP banked overnight so I’m now looking to land a SEVEN-TIMER on Monday. Only two meetings so I’m heading to Dubbo where COMPELLING TRUTH can make the breakthrough. He has only had 3 starts and has got better with each run. He went close over C&D last time and won’t need to find much further improvement to get himself in the winners enclosure. This really does look a great opportunity so it will be disappointing if he can’t salute the judge. Devilicious is a good looking sort who has run with promise on both starts to date. If he improves then he is the most likely danger but does have a bit to find. Olivia’s Spirit was only fifth on debut but can do better but might need more time.

Race 4 Taree 4.50 Razzama (best price 6/4)
Good looking sort who took his form up a notch to get his head in front here on penultimate start; drop back in trip slightly probably didn’t help last time; step up to 7f now should see him improve again.
With the step up to 7f here sure to suit I think RAZZAMA can make it 2 wins from his last 3 starts at Taree on Monday. He is seemingly getting better with experience and just found the step back slightly in trip last time against him when only third. He has more to offer and looks in the right race to get the job done. Killzy won here back in the summer but has been beaten 3 times since. He didn’t run badly at all when fourth at Coffs Harbour last month though and is definitely a player if building on that again. Probably lacks the potential of the favourite but shouldn’t be easily dismissed. Nashian is exposed but does at least come here in winning form but she will likely find a few improve past her now.
