NAP – My best tip of the day
Newbury 5.05 Porter In The Park (best price 6/4)
Improving mare who travelled notably well before cutting through the pack to win with plenty to spare at Huntingdon back in January; bumped into a well handicapped mare at Hereford and she has won twice more since; big shout.
After just a handful of starts under Rules there should be a fair bit more to come from the likeable PORTER IN THE PARK and I think she can make it 2 wins from her last 3 starts here. She hacked up at Huntingdon and then bumped into Well Vicky at Hereford who has since completed a hat-trick of wins impressively. She is up 2lb but should be hard to beat with further improvement still to come. Spring Note won on debut in a bumper at Lingfield but has been a little underwhelming over hurdles so far and will need to improve now handicapping to emerge as a danger. Passing Reflection raced too freely at Taunton last month and failed to see out her race so she’ll need to settle to have a chance. Anti Bridgie pulled up at Doncaster last time and looks up against it again here.

Doncaster 3.45 Moviddy (best price 13/8)
Promising mare who showed ability when third on debut over hurdles at Exeter and given time improved to win impressively at Lingfield last month; obviously open to further progress now and looks one to keep firmly on side.
The way MOVIDDY went clear at Lingfield last month was quite taking for the grade and with further improvement a near certainty I think she can follow up here under Robbie Dunne who found himself back in the winners enclosure yesterday. This is quite a good race though so a couple of dangers. Ilovethenightlife looks a longer term prospect to me but she could still run well here albeit needs to bounce back after unseating behind Lime Avenue at Wincanton latest. I Am Gonna Be is also respected having chased home Coral Blue at Musselburgh last month. Mrs Grimley had shown a fair level of form before pulling up back in novice company at Market Rasen 10 days ago. If bouncing back might go better than her odds suggest but enough to prove in present form.
