Zarak had his first start on a synthetic surface at this track earlier this month but showed promise going down half a length into second. He will look to push forward and could be the danger but at the same time might help set it up for the selection. Sensei Lawrence arrives with confidence high and could also run well.

Likeable mare who looked better than ever winning on reappearance here bursting clear in the closing stages; only narrowly denied last time when short of room; hard to beat if back to her best.

I am confident DOWNTOWN KATIE can get back to winning ways tonight. She was impressive on reappearance and had excuses when narrowly beaten into second last time. If in the same form she will be hard to hold out and should be hitting the line best. Thegirlfromireland was a place behind the selection last time and is at least unexposed so looks the biggest danger. Chorus Girl has only had the 3 starts and she has been given time since that last run which was disappointing. If resuming her progress she is another one to note.
