The hat-trick seeking FINEST LEADER should be hard to beat at Newmarket on Friday night. This 3yo by Churchill hasn't looked back since stepping up in trip and followed up his Wetherby win beating a good yardstick in Graham at Newbury last time. He remains unexposed over a mile and a quarter and further and should have too much for these despite a further 5lb rise in the weights.

Kingori looked a nice prospect winning his first two starts last September and did leave his reappearance run behind to finish second to an improver at Newcastle last month. Switched to turf now he looks the biggest danger to the selection.

There are some promising types lining up for this but perhaps none more so than COUPLET for Harry Eustace. This filly by Zoustar won going away on debut over C&D last year and shaped with plenty of promise to finish second clear from the rest on reappearance at Doncaster last month. She goes handicapping now and back at this venue I expect her to get back to winning ways before going on to better things.

Quandary took a nice step forward to make the breakthrough at Pontefract when last seen back in May. She has been freshened up since and now handicapping could have more to come so is expected to give the favourite most to think about.
