Kim Bailey has a very decent crop of young horses to go to war with this season and HEROS DE ROMAY may well prove to be another one. He ran green on debut but was still good enough to win at Exeter showing a really willing attitude. He was beaten next time at Hereford but inexperience got the better of him that day. Given plenty of time since he can improve again now sent hurdling and this looks a good starting point.

With 2 wins from his last 3 starts HORIZON D'OR has looked progressive since joining Adam West and given how lightly raced he is it would be no surprise to see him improve again. He is thoroughly unexposed over 3 miles and beyond and even up another 7lb should be the one to beat. He travelled so strongly at Ffos Las last month and despite hanging a bit ran on well to go clear. Hard to pinpoint an exact danger as they all look to have plenty to prove.
