It was hat-trick landed for the likeable HERAKLES WESTWOOD at Catterick last month. He was very nearly caught out by the drop back in trip so no great surprise to see him step back up in distance here. He is 6lb higher but remains unexposed and if improving again I expect him to extend the winning sequence. Canty Bay has solid form in the book having finished third behind Inthewaterside and He's A Latchico at Lingfield last month and looks the obvious threat.

Alan King is in great form at the moment and PARADIAS must have a great chance to get back to winning ways here. He made quite a taking start over hurdles winning easily at Lingfield and then lost little in defeat chasing home Jeriko Du Reponet and Secret Squirrel at Newbury which is strong form. He is open to further improvement in this sphere and looks the one to beat. Williethebuilder is tough and has experience on side and looks the danger even though he needs to bounce back.
