Kempton 12.45
The switch to fences has brought out the best in NOBLE PARK and with more to come he could be up to making it a perfect 3-3 here despite this looking tougher. His form is stacking up and Vanderpoel who he beat 24 lengths has franked that Lingfield run. Lots to like!
Barlovento has the assistance of Sean Bowen and could be good value to reverse recent form with U Cant Be Serious. Epic West also feared.
Aintree 1.05
Dan Skelton has always spoke highly of MYDADDYPADDY and he continues to produce the goods on the track. He looked a smart horse winning easily on hurdles debut and then followed up as expected at Haydock. This is a tougher test but he is hugely exciting.
Idaho Sun has also won both starts over hurdles and with improvement expected should give the selection most to think about.
Kempton 1.20
I really feel like WENDIGO is a great bet here. He has always shaped like he would make a good chaser and dug deep to get back up last time. 3 miles is going to see him step forward again and I’m surprised he isn’t favourite here as he will be hard to beat.
Kitzbuhel has potential but he can be keen and that wouldn’t be ideal over this trip. Salver might be the greater danger.
Wetherby 1.35
It is difficult to oppose KONFUSION here as he jumped rivals silly at Newcastle last month and a similar performance to that here should suffice. His form is useful too and he clearly has plenty going for him again and should justify favouritism.
Knappers Hill is definitely interesting beaten just 8 lengths at Haydock. He could strip a lot fitter this time around.
Kempton 1.55
Still unbeaten SIR GINO is tough to oppose here. I know he hasn’t been seen for 364 days and he had a ligament infection in that time but Nicky Henderson says he has him back to something like his best and back over hurdles he should have too much.
Celtic Dino is tough and likeable and should run his race and could be a good bet to finish second. Golden Ace is also noted.
Kempton 2.30
Time for the big one now and GAELIC WARRIOR should have the answers here. He arrives on a four-timer and showed a really good attitude to fend off Fact To File in the John Durkan. The ground is perfect and he has the assistance of Paul Townend so lots to like.
Fact To File is a very classy sort as well and this sharp track should give him every chance of seeing out the trip.
