PORTRUSH TED LANDED US AN 11/4 WINNER YESTERDAY!

Wolverhampton 12.30 Jungle Capers (15/8)

Lightly raced individual who ran his best race to date when beaten less than a length at Chelmsford last time; that form looks strong in the context of this race and good chance of going one better on tapeta debut.

Portrush Ted landed the Notebook a nice winner yesterday and we head to Wolverhampton on Friday afternoon for our first tracker horse of the day. JUNGLE CAPERS looks ready to strike for Mick Channon! He has low mileage and ran his best race to date when second last time. With usual improvement he should open his account here. Sarsaparilla Kit is probably the main danger on all known form.

Notebook Selection

Hereford 3.55 Eleanor Bob (7/4)

Needed the run when down the field on return at Ludlow but hasn’t looked back since, winning well at Leicester before following up impressively at Exeter; longer trip ideal now and looks sure to go close to landing the hat-trick.

We stick with a mare on the upgrade for our second tracker horse of the day. ELEANOR BOB really impressed me with how she pulled clear last time and with conditions looking testing and the extra yardage likely to be in her favour she is fancied to complete the hat-trick. Getaway Totherock has been supported in the market and is feared most having sprung a big upset at Ludlow last time beating a well regarded sort.

Notebook Double

Here you will find our Notebook Double which is profitable to follow. Remember to back the double (and singles) to consistent stakes and you’ll always come out on top in the end. The worst thing you can do is not back them after a blank day.
