Shaped promisingly on first start for 540 days when fourth behind Silver Forever at Chepstow; built on that to run her best race to date when second at the same venue last time; 5lb higher but first-time cheekpieces could help her improve again.
I know she’s had quite a few chances to get off the mark but even still JUST A THOUGHT makes plenty of appeal here for Rebecca Curtis. She seems to have improved this term shaping well on return from a long absence and coming on for that to finish second at Chepstow last time. With further improvement on the cards she is worth chancing to open her account under the champ. The step back in trip is also in her favour. Pink Legend was well held behind Daytime Ahead at Exeter but looks the biggest danger to me.

Scopey colt who found plenty for pressure when resuming the winning groove over C&D last time; turned out quickly under a penalty but open to further improvement especially over this trip so looks sure to go close for in-form jockey.
We head to Newcastle for our second tracker horse of the day and DOUBLE MARTINI looks a good bet to follow up for Roger Fell and Ben Curtis. He’ll need more under a penalty but surely has more to come over this trip and is a decent bet to go in again. Blazing Dreams also won well over C&D last time and is penalised but looks the main danger. Of the rest High Fort likes it here and ran well when second to the latter so is another to consider. I’d be surprised if anything else proved good enough.
