Notebook Selection
THE NOTEBOOK HAS LANDED 11 WINNERS IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND IS IN GREAT FORM RIGHT NOW!
Sandown 12.40 Flic Ou Voyou (2/1)
Useful bumper horse who has run three very good races in defeat over hurdles; beaten just a neck on debut at Chepstow and then third to Edwardstone before denied a head last time; obvious chance back down in trip, experience could count for plenty.
Palladium won well over C&D 4 weeks ago and will likely be popular but for me FLIC OU VOYOU has the form in the book and should give the favourite plenty to think about. He finished in front of subsequent winners in Proschema, Harry Senior, Bridle Loanan and Sir Valentine at Chepstow and again had the right horses in front in Edwardstone and subsequent Tolworth winner Fiddlerontheroof at Wincanton. He probably should have won at Taunton latest but back in trip now with experience on side he makes plenty of appeal. Golden Taipan is a likeable type who should also be involved.
Notebook Selection
Kempton 6.45 Scaramanga (2/1)
Showed good improvement over hurdles since last running on the Flat so could be off a very good mark off just 85; yard going great guns and should get a good toe into this off the likes of Busy Street and Fearless Warrior; expected to go close.
Despite having never won on the Flat it’s no surprise to see SCARAMANGA favourite here for Paul Nicholls and Ben Curtis. He has shown good improvement over hurdles in recent times and off a mark of just 85 back on the Flat could be off a good mark. He makes plenty of appeal in a race of this nature. All Yours has won here before and ran well upped in trip last time when third to Rainbow Dreamer so is a danger. Carnwennan won three times from seven runs last year but was last of 8 at Newcastle when last seen so has a bit to prove but would definitely figure if bouncing back.
Notebook Double
Here you will find our Notebook Double which is profitable to follow. Remember to back the double (and singles) to consistent stakes and you’ll always come out on top in the end. The worst thing you can do is not back them after a blank day.
