Olly Murphy’s stable star THOMAS DARBY has in his own words “matured a lot” and it showed in his win last time at Ascot in a decent handicap where he carried top weight. This looks a race he should really be winning before bigger targets at Aintree.
Quel Destin is the a main danger with a decent win over a shorter trip at Sandown but if Thomas Darby is showing what he is capable of like last time out he should take all the beating.

ECHO WATT has taken to chasing big time with a 2nd on chase debut followed by a 22 length win at Uttoxeter earlier in the month. He was eased down that day so the 12lb penalty is more than fair and they look to have found a fairly weak race for him to follow up in.
Shintori would rate the main danger to the selection but even he has questions to answer and Echo Watt should take all the beating under William Kennedy.
