Notebook Selection
THE NOTEBOOK HAS BEEN IN GREAT FORM WITH 19 WINNERS IN THE LAST 3 WEEKS!
Navan 3.40 Cut The Mustard (9/4)
Talented mare who has won two of her first three starts over fences; travelled best before asserting in a Mares Listed Chase at Naas and looks a leading player with further improvement to come in receipt of her sex allowance.
No luck for the Notebook over the last couple of days so we’ll be looking to get back on track on Tuesday afternoon. We head to Ireland and CUT THE MUSTARD looks worth sticking with to make it 3 wins from 4 over fences. She didn’t need to be at her best to win last time but should improve on that and looks a key player in receipt of the sex allowance. I’m A Game Changer chased home Tornado Flyer last time and is likely to put up the most resistance.
Notebook Selection
Exeter 4.30 Morning Spirit (3/1)
Useful type who first caught my eye behind Son Of Camas at Newbury; shown promise in defeat since and could show marked improvement now handicapping off a lenient mark; yard and jockey going well too which is another positive.
I’ve been waiting for MORNING SPIRIT to go handicapping and a mark of 120 looks very fair given what he’s shown in novice hurdles. He shaped like a work in project when midfield behind Son Of Camas at Newbury and stepped up on that to finish fifth at the same venue behind Mahler’s Promise. He then chased home Highway One O Two at Plumpton and that horse has since won a competitive novice hurdle at Kempton so the form looks strong. Hat-trick seeking Demopolis is obviously the main danger.
Notebook Double
Here you will find our Notebook Double which is profitable to follow. Remember to back the double (and singles) to consistent stakes and you’ll always come out on top in the end. The worst thing you can do is not back them after a blank day.
