Talented hurdler who looks on target to make an even better chaser winning impressively at Newbury in January; open to improvement and should be a cut above these on just his fourth outing over fences; should get a good pace to aim at.
There was a lot to like about the way DJANGO DJANGO got off the mark over fences at Newbury last time. He is a leggy sort who should be open to plenty of improvement and if he does progress he’ll have too much for these. He can definitely jump better and looks the type to keep improving as he gains experience. He showed a good attitude at the finish and looks the most likely winner. Coole Hall is consistent and rates the main danger as he’ll be there to pick up the pieces if the favourite does falter.

Lingfield 4.30 Corvair (2/1)
Toronado colt who needed the experience on debut but stepped forward when beaten just a neck at Newcastle; improved again to win convincingly over 7f here in December and followed up by a nose at Wolverhampton in January; more to come and the one to beat.
We head to Lingfield on Wednesday for the NB and CORVAIR should take a bit of beating here. He has looked a progressive colt and the step back to 6f looks a shrewd move as he only prevailed by a nose over 7f at Wolverhampton last time. He did fend off a nice filly though so the form looks solid to me. With the promise of more to come he should win this even though I admit it’s competitive. Will To Win is a big danger having won over C&D last time and Lion Tower isn’t easily dismissed either.
