On top of our best selections we now have race-by-race bets below the main bets if you want to know what we fancy on the rest of the cards (just scroll right down to the bottom).
NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE AUSSIE NAP HAS LANDED 5 TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK!
Race 4 Sapphire Coast 5.29 Rubaiya (10/11)
Promising filly who is improving as she gains experience; had to wait for a run last time but got the gap and finished well for third; step back up to a mile will suit and she could easily get off the mark here; still has plenty of potential.
We head to Sapphire Coast in the early hours of Sunday morning as we look to get the Aussie NAP back firing and RUBAIYA looks to have been found a good race to make the breakthrough. She will relish going back up to a mile and seems to be getting better with every race. There’s a good bit of pace on which should give her something to aim at and I’ll be disappointed if she can’t take this out. Hard to pinpoint an exact danger as it’s a race that lacks depth. Wakame possibly but at a bigger price Sucrose should hit the frame.
NB – Second best selection of the day
Race 3 Bendigo 5.05 Old Head (5/4)
All the rage on debut but beaten a head, not having much luck; just raced too keen last time before running on, missing by a nose at the line; improving all the time and should get off the mark at the third attempt here; obvious chance.
We were with OLD HEAD when he failed by the smallest of margins at Wangaratta last month and with further gains likely he should make the breakthrough here under Billy Egan. He has plenty of ability but just needs to channel it in the right direction. With experience under his belt now he should be hard to beat. He’s Run Away has been admirably consistent of late and will likely take advantage if the favourite does run below par for whatever reason. Persan is another not to completely write-off.
Aussie Daily Double LANDED SUNDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY!
The Aussie Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Bendigo and Sapphire Coast on Sunday morning.
Daily Double BOTH TO WIN
