Good looking grey colt who hinted at ability in four starts as a 2yo; always looked a longer-term project and catches the eye stepping up markedly in trip now tackling handicap company; poised to run a big race.
We head to Yarmouth for our first tracker horse of the day on Wednesday and ALPHABETICAL looks set to run a big race for Sir Mark Prescott and Luke Morris. He always looked like he would take a bit of time to come to hand and judging by his breeding he will come into his own as his stamina is drawn out. This sort of test could prove ideal now sent handicapping and he makes plenty of appeal at a price. Sea Of Marmoon will be popular for Johnston so it gives a bit of value about our selection.

Wolverhampton 5.20 Bavardages (4/1)
Ended 2yo campaign with back-to-back wins at Kempton and here looking throughly progressive; returned to action last week with a promising second at Newcastle; fitness edge on these rivals and can do better yet; big shout.
With a run under his belt BAVARDAGES is taken to prove too good for these. He ran a very good race when second to Guipure at Newcastle last week and off a mark of 74 will be winning more races for connections. He has good early speed so should secure a decent position. Amir Kabir is the danger as he ran an encouraging race when last seen at Kempton chasing home Note Bleu. Like the selection he can do better but might just need the run back from a 93-day absence. My Poem is also respected over this longer trip.

The Notebook Double consists of both tracker runners. Remember these are profitable to follow as singles so it’s always worth combining them as a double as well to maximise profit.
