Race 4 Tamworth 5.50 Golden Missile (5/6)
Went down narrowly on debut and that was a really encouraging effort; third last time and if improving again will go close here; up in trip which looks ideal and peaking fitness-wise; this winnable so looks the one to beat.
This looks a good opportunity for GOLDEN MISSILE to make the breakthrough. There’s been nothing wrong with his two runs to date and with usual improvement should take this out and shed the maiden-tag at the third time of asking. Entreat probably the danger as the market suggests. Good draw so entitled to run well. Hard to recommend much else but Little Funny Bunny may run into a place. Needs a good ride from a widish gate but might be each way value at a monster price (around 60/1).

Race 2 Murtoa 4.00 Jazzles (11/8)
Ran well under positive tactics to finish second last time over 1100 at Werribee; step up to 1200m ideal and can improve again so hard to look past him; likely to push forward again but might take a toe into it with a fair bit of pace on here.
We head to Murtoa for our second best bet of the night Down Under and JAZZLES looks poised to go close. Ran well when pushing forward last time and with good speed engaged here he may just decide to track the pace and get a good toe into it before striking late. Either way is versatile and this looks an obvious opportunity to make the breakthrough. Uno Veloce could never land a blow last time but is better than that so should be in the shake-up late.
