Race 2 Pakenham 4.30 Albenca Street (5/4)
Promising type who is slowly coming to hand; another big run in defeat last time coming from way back to grab second; obvious chance of making the breakthrough especially if ridden slightly closer to the pace.
The improving ALBENCA STREET looks poised to make the breakthrough here. He is improving all the time and that run last time was a big effort considering. If he steps forward again he wins this as it looks a great opportunity. Ceffyl Mor is a mare on the up too and she can give the selection most to think about. She finished third behind the favourite and was forced wide so it was a decent effort. Hard to see anything past the top two being good enough but Ashworth may be value to hit the frame.

Race 3 Scone 5.25 For Da Boys (5/4)
Did all his best work late in the day to finish second at Tamworth last time; open to further improvement and will appreciate going up to a mile now; looks the most likely winner if everything drops right.
Hard to get away from the improving FOR DA BOYS here. That was a decent effort last time albeit well held in the end but he was strong at the line and looks sure to appreciate going up to a mile for the first time. He is open to further improvement and looks to be well placed to finally get off the mark. Wadi Musa is the danger as he ran well when second at Muswellbrook and any further gains brings him right into the picture. Looks a straight shootout between the pair. Rest of the field not good enough.
