THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) WON ON TUESDAY AND RUNS IN RACE 8 AT NORTHAM ON THURSDAY!
Race 8 Northam 10.15 Magical Dream (4/5)
Promising filly who justified strong support to make a winning start at Belmont Park in June; third in a trial last week so should be fit; more to come and very much one to keep on side going forward.
The Aussie NAP is chasing back-to-back wins (scratched last night) and we head to Northam on Thursday morning. MAGICAL DREAM looks a smart filly in the making for top connections and I fancy her to make it 2-2. This is easier than the field she beat on debut so there shouldn’t be any excuses. She has a good draw and looks to have plenty going for her. Playing Red is the danger I think. She looks to be going the right way now and can do better. Probably put up the most resistance to the favourite. Solarize has had 12 starts and that’s resulted in just 1 win. May well hit the frame but I’ll be surprised if he’s good enough to overhaul the selection.

Race 3 Kembla Grange 4.40 Mission Legend (5/6)
Trialled in preparation for debut; well backed but slowly away finishing second at Newcastle beaten just a head behind Either Oar; sure to improve off the back of that and looks to have leading claims now.
Got to be keen on the chances of MISSION LEGEND here. He produced an encouraging display when second at Newcastle and it looked a good maiden so if he can break cleanly here he looks the one to side with for Tyler Schiller and Mark Newnham. Gave Me You finished second here on heavy ground and is another who should have more to offer. Probably has his work cutout to try and get close to the favourite though. Of the rest Empowerment might run well at a price. She’s a filly by Shooting To Win and has looked fairly useful in her trials leading into this so keep one eye on the market. Sonny, Lessing and Linden will be fighting it out in behind.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Kembla Grange and Northam on Thursday morning.
