Another winner for the Aussie NAP so we now head into Friday chasing a hat-trick of winners. We head to Kyneton overnight. Also racing from Ballina, Moonee Valley, Canterbury Park and Sunshine Coast.

Knocking on the door lately finishing second the last twice; wide draw here but has speed to overcome that and looks to have a great chance on paper of finally making the breakthrough; worth keeping safe here.

Another winner for the Aussie NAP overnight so hopefully we can complete a hat-trick on Friday as JOHNNY THUNDER bids to get off the mark. He has some solid form to his name and his last two runs make him a leading player now. The wide gate is a slight concern but that’s probably why he’s 13/8 and not a shade of odds-on. I think he’ll be too good for these and he could win this before going onto slightly better things. I Love This Hippy was punted last time but let supporters down. He needs to learn to settle but if he does he’ll be a danger. Yulong Defence would have been a danger but has been scratched so that makes life easier for the favourite. Revhead can improve and may run into a place.

Race 4 Ballina 3.49 Secret Conquest (2/1)

Likeable mare who has some decent form to her name; drawn inside and is back down to an easier level so looks to have a massive chance of recording win number 4; the one to beat in this winnable race.

This looks a good bit of placement for SECRET CONQUEST here. She is a useful type and she’s been running well without getting her head in front. She can get rewarded for her consistency here and make it 4 wins from 15 starts. Judder is probably the speed in the race and I think she can just track her through from a low draw so it could pan out perfectly. Savanna Jeune sat on the speed last time when third at Grafton and needs to find a bit more to trouble the front pair. She is probbaly pretty solid in terms of a place though as not many of the others make much appeal. In Her Zone has won here but her recent form just isn’t enough for me to make her a danger.
