Wednesday’s Best Bets
Crossbar rattled yesterday for the NAP so hopefully we can get back on track on Wednesday. Just the 3 meetings with Leicester off. Action from Lingfield, Hexham and Kempton.
Scroll down to find our most confident selections (NAP & NB) PLUS race-by-race picks for every race across all THREE meetings.
NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS AT KEMPTON ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS WE LOOK TO GET BACK ON TRACK!
Kempton 5.25 Rohaan (11/8)
Promising type who justified strong support to open his account on handicap bow at Newcastle 8 days ago, quickening up smartly; second has won since; the one to beat under a 6lb penalty; harder they go the better.
No luck for the NAP yesterday as we were chinned in the final few strides. We head to Kempton on Wednesday as we look to get back on track and the improving ROHAAN should be hard to stop again for David Evans. He won impressively last time and with 3lb claimer Darragh Keenan booked for the ride he looks to have plenty going for him again here. He impressed with how he powered clear last time and he’s clearly a horse going in the right direction now. The form has been franked since with the second Attaboy Roy winning at Southwell. Love Of Zoffany and Dashing Dick should put good pace to the race and that will help set it up for the favourite.
NB – Second best selection of the day
THE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS AT HEXHAM ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON!
Hexham 1.25 West End Lady (11/8)
Promising mare who very much caught the eye on hurdling debut finishing third over C&D behind a couple of useful sorts; sure to improve and should be fitter now so looks the one they have to beat.
We head to Hexham on Wednesday afternoon for our second best bet of the day and WEST END LADY is fancied to justify favouritism in the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle. She caught the eye finishing third to Stainsby Girl and Rayna’s World last time with the front three miles clear and with the promise of more to come she gets a confident vote to come out on top here. Fairfield Ferrata is interesting now going over obstacles and looks the one to put up the most resistance but that said Charm Offensive can do better too. She was a long way behind the selection last time but is better than that. Not saying she’ll manage to reverse that but it honestly wouldn’t surprise if she finished second.
Daily Double
The Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the day to maximise profit. They run at Hexham and Kempton on Wednesday.
