AUSSIE DD LANDED OVERNIGHT! Both the NAP & NB went in on Wednesday morning so we head into Thursday with confidence high. Racing from Queanbeyan, Wodonga, Wyong, Mackay and Geraldton.

NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT WODONGA ON THURSDAY MORNING!
Race 4 Wodonga 4.00 Billie De Lune (10/11)
Improving mare who ran on strongly when beaten just a length on return at Kyneton last month; fitter now and capable of better yet so obvious chance of finally opening her account here; most likely winner.
The NAP was back to winning ways Down Under overnight so we head to Wodonga on Thursday eyeing up a quick double. BILLIE DE LUNE should take an awful lot of beating in Race 4 on the card. This good looking grey mare was returning from 7 months off the track when finishing an excellent second at Kyneton last time. She had a lot of ground to make up but finished to good effect and this slight step up in trip plays to her strengths. She will tighten up from the run and is still improving so what’s not to like? Whirlwind Romance was a spot behind the selection last time and has her work cutout to try and reverse that here. Probably still the one most likely to give her a race.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 2 AT MACKAY ON THURSDAY!
Race 2 Mackay 3.52 Sirfina (6/4)
Plenty of encouragement to take from his first run back from 10 months off when beginning awkwardly before getting to the front and being edged out late at Rockhampton last month; fitter now and well placed to make the breakthrough.
This looks a good opportunity for SIRFINA to open his account. He hasn’t done much wrong in 5 starts and this represents his best opportunity to date. He will be fitter now with that comeback run under his belt and looks a cut above these if putting his best hoof forward. Cheyenne Beach has the form to be a threat but he hasn’t been convincing of late and is best watched for now. More Than Luck has only raced once finishing nearer last than first on that occasion. Likely improver but certainly needs to. Teeling didn’t look an easy ride on debut and while he should run better I can’t see him troubling the favourite who looks to have all of these covered on what we’ve seen.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Mackay and Wodonga in the early hours of Thursday morning.
