THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 9 AT GULFSTREAM ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!
Race 9 Gulfstream 9.42 Avant Garde (11/8)
Progressive type who has won 6 of his last 7 starts and showed a great attitude to prevail again over 7f here last time, beating a good yardstick in Town Classic; can keep improving and this looks easier so should prove too good.
The NAP runs at Gulfstream tonight Stateside where winning machine AVANT GARDE should go in again. He has a terrific record and steps back up to a mile tonight which will definitely suit. This is easier than his latest assignment and with his only defeat coming in graded company he should be a cut above these. There is a lot of pace on here with any of about four potentially pushing forward. That should play into the favourites hands and I can see him picking them off late. He beat Snap Hook in September so it wouldn’t surprise me if he was the one to chase him home again. He was well held last time but this is easier (bar the favourite). Create Again is another to consider after that latest win.

Race 8 Delta Downs 10.07 Lady Rad (13/8)
Improving filly who built on an encouraging return to go close over 5f here earlier this month; step back up in trip firmly in her favour and fully expected to go one better; more to come so one to keep firmly on side.
I’m sticking with the improving LADY RAD to come good tonight. She won two of her four starts last campaign and has started promisingly again finishing third here before going one place better last time. She will appreciate the extra yardage tonight and with more to come should have too much for these in the closing stages. Rhett’s Racer hasn’t been seen for a while but is definitely one of the dangers. Silent Trick won in this grade last time so is also feared. At a bigger price Ratatouille could run well. She is around 20/1 at the time of writing and I will be having an each way saver. She was down the field behind the selection last time but is better than that and some of her old form stacks up.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Gulfstream and Delta Downs on Wednesday night.
