Race 8 Santa Anita 12.07 As Time Goes By (6/4)
Promising filly who caught the eye on debut learning on the job running on into third; improved to finish runner-up next time over 6f here slowly away; put it altogether to open her account impressively last time; keep on side.
The step up to a mile should suit AS TIME GOES BY who looks set to follow up at Santa Anita tonight. She is a nice filly in the making and she looks to be getting better as she gains experience. I liked the way she kicked clear last time and she hit the line strong so I expect her to relish the extra yardage tonight. With Paige Runner, Paid Informant and Matera all having the potential to push forward there should be plenty of pace on and she can just settle in behind getting a lovely toe into it before pouncing up the straight. She has the most potential in this field so I expect her to win again. Miss Megan looks the danger. She is lightly raced for her age and ran well when second last time.

Race 4 Golden Gate Fields 10.22 Vronilla Parfait (13/8)
Useful mare who won in much stronger company in September last year; held her form well since going down narrowly over track and trip on penultimate start before running below par on turf latest; tough to oppose.
We head to Golden Gate Fields for our second best bet Stateside on Sunday night and the consistent VRONILLA PARFAIT looks set to strike. She is down in grade here and given she is proven at a better level than this I expect her to have too much for these. Galwalksintoabar should set the speed and that will give her a target to aim at. In terms of a danger it’s probably Premiere Lady who ran no sort of race on dirt last time but her previous form looks quite strong with Namorita held on that last run here. She should give the selection a race. Marilyn’s Smile goes particularly well on this surface so has to be feared too as she will look to close in late on them.
