THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT WAGGA ON TUESDAY MORNING!
Race 6 Wagga 5.15 Erwin (10/11)
Promising type who trialled in preparation for his debut; showed plenty of ability holding his ground to the line to finish second at Moruya, denied just a nose; sure to improve from that initial experience and hard to beat now.
There was a lot to like about ERWIN on debut at Moruya. He won his trial and then missed out just a nose. He will strip fitter from that run and should be more streetwise now. This looks a good opportunity for him on paper to go one better and make the breakthrough. Bubbler has a wide gate but is a likeable type and it wouldn’t surprise me if he improved enough to make a race of it with the favourite. He is yet to win after 12 starts but he has placed 5 times finishing second twice so his turn shouldn’t be too far away as he hasn’t done a great deal wrong so far. Important Product should leave his reappearance run behind but needs more to trouble the selection.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) WON AGAIN OVERNIGHT AND IS NOW ON A HAT-TRICK!
Race 5 Benalla 4.30 Sacred Lass (5/4)
Useful mare who looked good running on well from midfield to score at Wodonga last month; held up last time and given a lot to do but ran on strongly denied less than a length; more in the locker yet.
With the promise of more to come I’m expecting SACRED LASS to be a tough nut to crack here. She was just given too much ground to make up last time but did finish really well and another few yards and she may well have won only actually beaten less than a length at the line. Sinamay brings winning form to the table and looks well placed so I expect her to give the favourite a race. She has just 2 wins from 15 starts though so she may well find the selection too strong. Riotous Mischief struggled last time and will need to show a lot more to get competitive off the back of that. She did win before that but even still needs to find more to get involved here as it looks a better race.

The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Benalla and Wagga in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
