Lingfield 3.10 Passional (11/8)
Progressive filly who comes here chasing a four-timer after impressing again this time over C&D last time, quickening up best in the closing stages; 6lb rise and no claimer now but feeling is there is still more in the locker.
We have been with PASSIONAL since she started her winning run last month and she has done nothing but improve for Stuart Williams. She is clearly thriving on her racing and I’ve got to be with her again here as she looks to make it four in a row. I have no doubt this is tougher given she has a 6lb rise to contend with plus Rossa Ryan replaces 5lb claimer Marco Ghiani but she crossed the line with plenty to spare latest and I’ll be surprised if she doesn’t have further improvement to come albeit at this lowly level. She is versatile in regards to tactics and with plenty of pace on I expect her to get settled early before trying to pick them up late. Comeatchoo looks a danger. Good value to run a place.

Lingfield 3.40 Arij (13/8)
Dead heated with a very useful yardstick in Power Of States at Chelmsford last month; held his form well since going down just a neck when well backed last time; more to come over this trip and races off the same mark with Hollie Doyle up.
Given Power Of States won off a mark of 90 last week that run at Chelmsford where ARIJ dead-heated with the latter looks all the better now. He has since finished a close-up fourth at Wolverhampton before going down just a neck at Chelmsford last time. He races off the same mark here and is clearly still in great form. Hollie Doyle gets the leg up and all looks in place for another big effort. Oslo ran a cracker when second to Torochica last time but has been raised a further 3lb without winning and is now off a career-high mark. He should go well but this looks a big ask. Toro Dorado may well prove the greater danger as while he needs to bounce back he will appreciate the drop back in trip.
Daily Double
