THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 9 AT ROSEHILL ON SATURDAY MORNING!
Race 9 Rosehill 7.15 Masked Crusader (11/10)
Progressive sort who was highly tried when last seen, when slowly away; goes particularly well fresh and should win this before going on to better things; too good for these if getting the gaps in time.
We head to Rosehill for our best bet overnight Down Under and MASKED CRUSADER is strongly fancied to return to winning ways here. He did disappoint last campaign, turned over three times at odds-on but his ability is there for all to see and this is notably easier. He goes well fresh and is returning back from 4 months off the track. He has trialled well in the lead up to this and won’t have many excuses. Big Parade won well at Randwick before finishing third earlier this month. He has the form to get involved with 4 wins from 10 starts overall. Should run his race again and can emerge as the main danger. I’ll be surprised if any of the others prove good enough.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 3 AT CAULFIELD!
Race 3 Caulfield 3.05 Hasseltoff (5/4)
Progressive sort who has 2 wins and 6 seconds to his name from just 10 starts; again went close when second at Flemington last time running on well; more to come and should get a good target to aim at here.
Obviously given they’re our NAP and NB but I’m particularly confident overnight and I think we can land a nice double. HASSELTOFF has been running so well all season and can record win number 3 here. He was checked at a crucial stage last time before running on strongly for second and with a bit more luck in-running he will be coming home best of all here. There looks to be good early pace on and I think this will set up nicely for the favourite. Upswing has some decent form in the book and scored at Wangaratta last time. This tougher but he’s in good form and should keep the selection honest. War Critic is also entitled to be thereabouts after three good runs since returning.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Caulfield and Rosehill in the early hours of Saturday morning.
