NAP – Best selection of the evening
THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 6 AT MAHONING VALLEY ON TUESDAY NIGHT!
Race 6 Mahoning Valley 8.04 The Dustman (4/5)
Galloped rivals into submission on penultimate start, breaking alertly and making virtually all the running to win head in chest by 14 lengths; faced pace pressure up in grade last time and no surprise to see him bounce straight back.
Things didn’t go to plan for THE DUSTMAN last time but that was a much better race than this and his penultimate start he was very impressive. If he bounces back to that sort of form he will have too much for these rivals. He is lightly raced for his age so there should be even more to come. Cigar Box scored when last seen on dirt but ran poorly last time on a synthetic surface so has a bit to prove after that. If he is back to his best then he will have a say but too many question marks for me right now. Fleet Run has some good form in the book but his recent efforts haven’t been good enough. Don’t Matter struggled in better company last time but might run better back in calmer waters.

THE US NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT FAIR GROUNDS ON TUESDAY!
Race 5 Fair Grounds 8.56 Save (11/10)
Promising filly who made a bright start winning on debut over track and trip last month; showed a good attitude under pressure and with improvement a near certainty she can remain unbeaten here.
There are one or two potentially nice prospects lining up here but perhaps none more so than SAVE. She proved too good for rivals on debut and has nice scope to keep improving. She didn’t have the best run through having to come wide but showed a great attitude to close up and settled it in good style in the closing stages, well on top at the finish. Makeajoyfulnoise also brings winning form to the table but it took her 3 attempts to do so. She found plenty to get on top in the closing stages and it was a nice performance. She’ll need more to trouble this favourite but is worth considering. Puye Timing has been highly tried recently and this is easier so she could also run well.
Evening Double
The Evening Double consists of both the NAP & NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Mahoning Valley and Fair Grounds on Tuesday night.
