THE US NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 5 AT MAHONING VALLEY ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT!
Race 5 Mahoning Valley 7.36 Startdfromdabottom (11/10)
Improving colt; looked clueless on debut but evidently well thought of tried in stronger company on second start before taking a big step forward to make the breakthrough last time; capable of better so should follow up here.
This looks a good opportunity on paper for the progressive STARTDFROMDABOTTOM to go in again. He is a colt on the upgrade following a comfortable win over track and trip last time. This is obviously tougher but he has the scope to keep improving and I think he’ll have too much class for these. He can win this before going on to better things in time. Hakman showed a good attitude to score on penultimate start and got caught too far wide last time. Capable of a big run but I think the favourite has the greater potential. Quality Man has been running consistently and shouldn’t be far away but strictly on form he needs more to get involved at the business end.

Race 9 Tampa Bay Downs 9.21 Lady Breanna (5/4)
Smart mare who is chasing a four-timer after impressing again over track and trip last month; found plenty for pressure and no reason why she won’t find more against these; hard to oppose and worth keeping safe.
With Delta Downs abandoned tonight we head to Tampa Bay Downs for our second best bet Stateside and the thriving LADY BREANNA can go in again. She is chasing a four-timer and did it with plenty up her sleeve last time. This looks easier if anything so I can see her being a warm order come post time tonight. It’s hard to pinpoint an exact danger but what we do know is Darlindiva, Royalbonnielegacy, Queen Roller and Lapulga all look held by the selection. Royalbonnielegacy beat Stated last time so I think she can be ruled out too despite being in good form. Perhaps Alexbabe will be the one to give her most to think about but she needs to find more from somewhere.
Evening Double
