THE AUSSIE NAP (BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 4 AT SANDOWN ON MONDAY MORNING!
Race 4 Sandown 5.45 Beau Rossa (10/11)
Good looking sort who continues to improve with every run; back from four months off the track to win well at Morphettville last month justifying favouritism; open to further progress and looks one to keep firmly on side.
This would have been a good race between BEAU ROSSA and Seb Song but with the latter out and Pride Of Jenni also scratched it looks an obvious chance for the fav now. He is a good looking chestnut who seems to be getting better with experience and I liked the way he did it at Morphettville last time. He steps up in trip now which should suit and he is hard to pick holes in. Connections will be disappointing if he can’t make the most of this good opportunity. Succeed Indeed is a nice filly and she should be capable of better in time but she is back from five months off so while she can go well fresh I think she’ll improve for the run. Probably just about preferred as best of the rest.

THE AUSSIE NEXT BEST (SECOND BEST BET) RUNS IN RACE 1 AT GAWLER!
Race 1 Gawler 3.40 Exalted Fire (6/5)
Really impressed running on strongly from off the pace to win his maiden at Balaklava on penultimate start; far from disgraced in a good contest last time and stepping up in trip he looks to have plenty going for him again.
The progressive EXALTED FIRE looks the one to be on at Gawler overnight. This horse is improving all the time and he was very impressive winning his maiden. Only beaten four lengths into fifth last time and far from disgraced. Goes up to this trip for the first time now and looks to tick plenty of boxes in a winnable race. Mr Pocket is the obvious danger for Travis Double and Ben Price. This horse ran well on return and was just too keen last time. If he manages to settle better he will be the main danger to the favourite. Witchachar Star brings winning form to the table but that wasn’t the strongest of contests so he is going to need more to have a say at the business end here.
Autralian Daily Double
The Australian Daily Double consists of both the NAP and NB and is a great way of covering our two best bets of the night to maximise profit. They run at Gawler and Sandown in the early hours of Monday morning.
